Griffiths Drilling Opens 2 New Depots

It’s an exciting development for Griffiths Drilling as a new depot in Palmerston North and another in Hawkes Bay are set to open very shortly. This expansion has been under careful consideration for the last 2 years, with planning successfully completed both depots will be fully operational in the next few weeks. 

The new depots are the direct result of demand for our services from our existing clients and partners in the Manawatu-Whanganui and Hawkes Bay regions. Managing Director Mel Griffiths added “we’re extremely confident our new depots will help our current clients and partners in these regions see a considerable decrease in mobility costs and experience less lead time for us to deliver our usual quality drilling services”.  

Both depots will have Sonic Rigs/Rotary Drill rigs, CPT/DPSH and window sampling capability, and if any extra resources are required they can be easily sourced from Griffiths Drilling Head Office in Wellington. 

Griffiths Drilling are very excited about this development and Mel finished by saying “the opening of these depots is great news, this expansion of our drilling operations means we can offer customers in the lower half of the North Island our exceptional services without any detrimental impact on our current customers in the immediate Wellington area”.
